The final year students of the Department of History , III UG  & II PG went for an  excursion on  7.9.2017 & 8.9.2017 to Courtallam, & Thenmala. They were escorted by Dr. B.Bala Parameswari and Dr.M.Nageswari. They were safely returne d back. Students enjoyed a lot.

As a part of the Extension Programme the department of History along with the Aroma clinic had conducted a medical camp at Sambakulam on 27.08.2017.  The students of III UG History  along with Dr. B. Bala Parameswari and Dr. G. Vennila conducted the camp. Students actively participated in the camp. 

HERITAGE WALK "Learnt the history along with nature "                                                                               T᷾he II UG students and  IPG students along with two faculty members, Mrs.A.Gomathi and Mrs. S. Jenitha went  for a heritage walk on  14.07.2017  to Perimalmalai near Nagamalaipudukkottai. Guidance was given by Mr.Ananad of DHAN Foundation. Students enjoyed a lot.
